HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place your order select the Shop Meals tab at the top of the page. Select your meal selections based off your lifestyle along with the quantity’s. There is no minimum amount of meals you have to select. Once you are finished choosing, click on your shopping cart on the top right. Complete the information requested and select your delivery options.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered every Monday. Place your order by Friday at midnight for Monday Delivery. If you place your order after Friday, your order will roll over to the following Monday’s deliveries. Email updates go out on Monday morning by the courier and ourselves to update you on your status!

If you placed your order and did not receive an order confirmation to your email directly after ordering then chances are your order did not go through. Please check the confirmation page to ensure you selected check out or contact us for more help!
If you received your order and there is a missing or cracked meal, please contact us ASAP! We will resolve the problem as promptly as possible. Please note that we have a high volume of emails on Mondays, but rest assured we will get back to you as soon as we can (usually within 24 hours).
Although we do not offer customizations, we can sometimes tweak meal options with small requests. Please contact us via email to see if we can fulfill your request!
Meals stay fresh for 5 days, we recommend that everyone consumes or freezes their meals by Fridays.
All of our packing and shipping materials are 100% reusable and recyclable. Help us in our efforts to stay green by reusing as much of it as possible!
