Fit Meals

Fit Meals are our standard portion size. They contain 4oz.-5oz. of Protein and are 500 Calories or less. These are generally lower carb, and geared toward an individual who is focused on weight loss or weight maintenance depending on the person!


Performance Meals

Performance Meals are our larger portion size containing 6oz.-8oz. of Protein. We discovered that many people need to upkeep on their macros and struggle to fill their meals for the day with healthy high calories options. Performance meals are 500-800 calorie meals that help athletes and active individuals reach their macronutrient goals!


A La Carte 

A la Carte options are designed for the person who is particular in counting macros and chooses to eat dairy free, gluten free, or is on a specialized diet. Each option contains four portions of 4oz. of fully prepared organic protein and 1-2 cups of organic carbohydrates and vegetables.

SUBSCRIPTION MEAL PLANS

How It Works

We offer three different types of subscription meal plans. Our 10-Pack of Fit Meals, 10-Pack of Performance Meals and 10-Pack of Varity Meals (5 of each). When you subscribe to a weekly meal plan, you are charged for the amount weekly on the day which you enroll with an automatic 10% discount to the overall price. No other discounts can be applied to the subscription price unless there is a site wide sale where the price will be automatically adjusted.For example, if you start your enrollment to the subscription on a Friday, you will be charged Friday on a weekly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time! There is no commitment to how long you must subscribe for. There are no customizations to meals offered in the package, however we may be able to customize in terms of an allergy - please contact customer service to see if we may accommodate your request. The subscription plan is only able to be charged to a credit or debit card and cannot checkout with apple pay or Paypal. If you would like to skip a week or change meal plans, please contact customer service by FRIDAY to do so and you will not be charged. If the customer contacts customer service after FRIDAY for the coming Monday’s delivery to cancel, the cancellation request will be able to be accommodated.
